Refunds

If Deskly is not right for you, tell us within fourteen days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. No form, no reason needed.

You can cancel at any time and you keep the rest of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month, because the seats were held for you.

If we broke something and you could not use the product for a meaningful stretch, tell us - we will refund that period whether or not fourteen days have passed.

Write to us from the address on the account. We will confirm the same working day and send the refund to the card that paid.

Refunds are issued through our payment provider and usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

The Free plan is free forever, not a trial that expires into a charge. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.
