For training centres and bootcamps

A campus, not a stream

A cohort is not an audience. They need a room to be in, a register that is honest, and something at the end with their name on it. Deskly has all three.

A day on the floor

  1. 01

The cohort walks into the classroom. Thirty people arrive muted, because thirty people are not six.

  2. 02

Attendance is taken from presence - who was actually in the room and active, not who left a tab open.

  3. 03

The session is recorded for whoever could not make it, without anyone remembering to press start.

  4. 04

At the end of the course a certificate is issued, with a public page anyone can check it against.

Instead of a webinar tool, a spreadsheet for the register and a designer for the certificates.

What you get

Classrooms that behave like classrooms

A classroom holds a cohort, arrives muted, and carries teaching controls and a register that a lecture hall needs and a meeting room does not.

Attendance you can defend

Taken from the same presence ledger as everything else. Idle and away do not count, so a register is a record rather than a guess.

Courses and certificates

Group sessions into a course, track who completed it, and issue a certificate with a verification page anyone can open without an account.

Enrolment without admin

An enrolment link creates the account, puts the student on the right floor, and cannot let more people in than the seats you pay for.
